Orders

  • Our customer service team will handle your order as soon as it is received (typically within 24 hours) and send you an email with a confirmation of your order.
  • Depending on their availability, the order confirmation document will include the approximate shipping date for each item in your purchase.
  • We provide next (working) day shipping for in-stock items starting on the day you received an order confirmation from us.
  • It is possible that the order confirmation will not include an estimated shipping date for items that are not stocked or that are out of stock. Our open orderbook updates, which are given out via email twice a week, will let you know when their individual expected shipment dates are, in this situation.
  • Please remember to factor in the fact that shipping could take a few days, depending on where you are located and the shipping method you choose.

Our customer support staff will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours. Please let them know in advance if you require the desired parts within a specific time range. Express orders placed before 12 p.m. will depart the same day. Economy orders will depart the following day.

  • Send an email to the Customer Service Team at [email protected] if you accidentally choose Complete delivery instead of Partial delivery when placing an order. Your order will be modified, and they'll give you a confirmation.
  • Complete delivery: We send you everything from your order at once after waiting till we have it all in stock.
  • Partial delivery: Any parts of it that are currently in stock will be sent out right away. When we get the remaining items, you will then receive a different delivery.

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team ([email protected].) if you have placed an order with us and have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for non-stocked or out-of-stock items if you have placed an order with us but have not yet received an estimated shipping date. This is because we need that time to get the lead time from our suppliers.
  • Please check the tracking link that we have supplied you if you have placed an order and think that your shipment has been delayed. This could take up to 7–10 working days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping option.

Sending an email to [email protected] as soon as you decide to cancel an order will allow our customer service team to do so promptly and let you know.

Please note: we make a lot of effort to fulfill orders as promptly as we can. As a result, you may not always be able to cancel your order.
